What does BlockBuster Therapy (BBT) help with?

BBT clears blocks and their associated negative feelings. It can also deal with physical issues that are caused by blocks.
Blocks can affect your emotional, physical and work-life health. They can show up in:
Your day-to-day life as anxiety, fears, phobias, dysmorphias, depression, poor relationships, addictions and more
Your work-life as ‘imposter syndrome’, cash flow, being visible and more
Occasionally there is a small amount of a negative feeling left that needs to be fully cleared by taking an action (writing that long-overdue email, for example!).

What conditions do you treat?

I treat the negative emotions and feelings around a range of issues – a list is below the two examples. Sometimes the issues, along with the negative emotions, disappear. At other times, such as when the problem is genetic, the issue can not be taken away; however, the negative emotions attached to the issues go, so the person can cope much better with the situation.

Here are two illustrative examples:

1. ALEX
Alex had crippling anxiety around speaking in public, including giving presentations at work. Associated with the anxiety was a slew of negative feelings, which included: self-disgust, fear, chronic anxiety and feeling misunderstood. Physical symptoms included shakiness, shortness of breath, nausea and a tightening of the chest.

After just one BBT session, Alex was free of the negative feelings and physical symptoms and was ready to ‘give it a go’ – and one month later did just that, with success!

2. SAMI
Sami has a genetic personality disorder, which can’t be helped with BBT. However, a BBT session took away the fear, self-loathing and anxiety around the condition, allowing Sami to manage day-to-day life much more easily and without anxiety.

The blocks and emotions I treat are shown in one list as one thing (anxiety, for example) can often be either a block or a negative feeling associated with a block. If you have something that’s not on this list, you can contact me via my Contact page to see if I can help you.

Does BBT help with physical problems?

Yes and no. Yes, if the physical problem is being caused by an emotional block or blocks. No, if it is an inherited physical problem.

What’s the hypnosis like?

You enter a relaxing, daydream-like state.
You are in control and can come back to full awareness at any time!

I’m afraid I won’t be able to be hypnotised! Does that matter?

If you’ve ever daydreamed or been fully engrossed in a conversation, book or film, then you will be just fine!

Do the blocks stay gone for good?

Yes 🙂

I feel sad/angry/anxious/scared again – has my block come back?

No – once the block has gone, it’s gone. However, other blocks can generate the same range of feelings and we need to extract the new block.

You offer to clear 1 block and associated feelings in a session. Can you do 2 or 3?

Yes, but I don’t. Such big shifts take up a lot of energy and processing and doing more than one at a time would be too much for you. If you have more blocks you’d like shifting, please book in again two weeks after your first session.

Can BBT help with chronic fatigue?

BBT helps with the emotional effects of chronic fatigue, which is immensely helpful. As a qualified nutritional therapist, I also offer nutritional advice. Both approaches will help mitigate some of the physical effects.

What modalities do you offer?

The Mind Healing Protocol (MHP) (Aka The Carrel Technique)
Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT)
Hypnotherapy
Thought Field Therapy (TFT)

In the packages, we also use coaching and elements of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).

In weight-loss packages, we also use Nutritional Therapy.
